Monique is a female adult hedgehog who was left on the centre’s doorstep by a postman at 5:00am. She weighed 675 grams, had severe mange and both her back legs were not working. After treatment at the centre Monique is now well on the way to making a full recovery. She now weighs 838 grams, her back legs are working fully and the mange is gone. (written October 2005) Monique was the hedgehog in: Hutch Number 10 (Treatment Unit 2) when it was sponsored by: The Philippi Family on: 28 October 2005. |
