HEDGEHOG STORIES: ECHIDNA

Echidna is a male adult hedgehog that was brought into the centre late one evening. He weighed a healthy 1092 grams but was suffering from severe mange.

Echidna is currently undergoing treatment at the centre and is responding very well.

We should be able to release him back into the wild in two weeks time weather permitting.
